area, address, access road map, and a brief description. Besides, sellers’ information (Name, age,
& Quick Contact number) and profile are attached to every space posted for sale. Lot at first site
ensures customers and sellers the legibility, reliability and security of their interest.

is that Lot at first site is focused only in Davao Region, Philippines. The target customers are

encouraged to pay a subscription fee of 3,500.00 for three months or they can pay 5, 000 per for
6 months. Another source of revenue is listing fee where sellers can post only one ad in a month.
Then we are able to post their properties to the website after it has been verified.
