    Release Agent Fiberline 403 BP


    Fiberline 403 BP is a combination of a wetting agent and a release agent for the Particle
    Board and MDF industry.
    Fiberline 403 BP can be diluted 1:50 – 1:100 with water and must be sprayed continuously
    on the chips / fibres and press plates.
    Fiberline 403 BP is especially suitable for Weko system.

    Fiberline 403 BP can be used at:


    - Single presses
    - Multidaylight presses
    - Continuous presses

    Advantages:
    - Formaldehyd content will be reduced
    - No build up on the press plates
    - Excellent surface of the produced board
    - Better flow properties and distribution of the glue
    - Reduction of press cycle time
    - Reduction of glue consumption
    - Less sanding
    - Excellent release
    - Environmental friendly
