    PVA Clear plus

    PVA Clear plus is a release system designed for moulding operations when high temperature stability and
    abrasion resistance of the release film are important.
    PVA Clear plus is liquid and ready to use. The release system becomes functional after cure. The release
    film is micro thin and stable until 250°C.
    PVA Clear plus adheres to mould surfaces and provides excellent release properties.
    PVA Clear plus protects the mould surfaces and will reduce build up.

    Properties:
    Colour: clear pink
    Density: 0,8 g/cm³
    Shelf life: 12 months

    Application Field:
    FRP, Polymer Concrete

    Application:
    Thoroughly clean the mould.
    Apply a uniform, thin coat before it goes to production. Allow a short drying time until the film is cured.
    Reapply a light coat of PVA Clear plus at process temperature to maintain desired release.
