CUSTOMER SURVEY REPORT

MARKETING INTERN
RESULTS

As of now, the survey is viewed by more than 100 people out


of which 35 responses have been submitted.
Apart from the survey form, I have also contacted people
personally to know their views on certain potential products.
Interviewed people are mostly those who have at some point
of time enquired about Eggoz products.
Age Group

The result shows that the main demographic group to target


is Millennials(20-30 years group).
India is on track to become the youngest country in the world
by 2020, with a median age of 29, highlighting the outsized
role of its millennial generation in spurring growth. The
country's more than 400 million Millennials—those born after
1982—account for a third of India's population and 46% of its
workforce.
Most Millennials really don't know how to cook, and they
aren't very interested in learning how, and hence ready to eat
snacks rich in high protein are something that would be of
interest to them.

NOTE: A marketing strategy that would be useful for this group is


for poultry companies to promote good animal welfare practices,
as the new generation is very concerned about animal welfare

Brand awareness is the way in which consumers recognize and remember your business. The
greater the brand awareness you have, the more audiences will be familiar with your logo,
messaging, and products .When customers already recognize your brand, they will be more
likely to buy from your business than, say, a competitor’s business with which they’re not as
familiar.
The majority of the people given the survey form were not
unaware of the brand in Delhi NCR.
People who have already enquired about Eggoz were
excluded from this result to keep the result unbiased.

Where did people hear About Eggoz?

Even though two-thirds of B2C marketers say Facebook is


their most effective social platform; followed by YouTube (53
percent), Twitter (50 percent), and Instagram (42 percent),
Eggoz got the majority of its engagement on LinkedIn and
Instagram as the majority of the target demographic group is
millennials.
There was a time when marketers dismissed Instagram as a
viable B2B or B2C channel. They believed it was “just for
kids” and “would never match Facebook for advertising.”
Well, we can safely say that those times have passed, and
Instagram is definitely a viable B2C channel.
Instagram has over 1 billion active users.
Over one third of adults use Instagram.
It’s estimated that Instagram will add another 26.9 million
users by 2020.
59% of Instagram users log in once per day, while 35% log in
multiple times per day.
The top 100 brands have seen engagement on Instagram
grow by 53% year-over-year.
The average engagement rate on Instagram is 4.3% compared
to Facebook’s measly 0.17%.
36% of B2C brands consider Instagram to be “critical” to
their social media marketing.

for your business needs. They’re more likely to enjoy seeing ads, as
long as they’re relevant, interesting, and engaging.

Since you can easily interact with your customers through LinkedIn’s
platform, it offers you a way to grow overall customer satisfaction.

people are not keeping track of their protein intake. Therefore, by
considering the above fact, the following strategies are suggested
to market the dietary (protein) supplements-

a. Is the product packaging appealing and attractive?
b. Are the colors and fonts used for the packaging design
readable and intriguing?
c. Does the label accurately describe the factual and
scientific claims?
d. Does the packaging and labeling of my product adhere to
the current Food Safety and Standards Authority of India
guidelines?

Increasing awareness about egg benefits is directly proportional to increasing sales

If we have to increase the sale of egg and egg products, we can surely say that the
first thing that we need to include or focus on while advertising is to increase
awareness about health benefits of eating eggs.
