BROKER – SALES AGENT AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement is made, executed and entered into by and between:
_______________________, a Real Estate Broker License No. ______ with
postal address at_______________, Quezon City, hereinafter referred to as the
BROKER;
-and-
_______________________, a Real Estate Agent, with postal address at
___________________________, Quezon City, hereinafter referred to as
the AGENT;
WITNESSETH:
THAT, ___________________ , a duly licensed Real Estate Broker hereby
accredit Agent as a Real Estate Sales Agent or broker-associate
under________________________________, until terminated by either party, on
the following stated terms: That the Agent agrees -
To provide brokerage services only on behalf of the Broker.

To follow the Broker’s policy and any directions orally given by Broker.
To use only those real estate forms and contracts authorized by Broker.
To make complete and immediate disclosure to Broker of any
correspondence or document made or received.
To immediately deliver and account to Broker for funds received by Agent.
To participate in educational programs and meetings specified by Broker.
To fully inspect the physical conditions of any property to be sold or bought
for clients.
To obligate Broker to no agreement without Broker’s prior consent.
To expose Broker to no liability to any third party without Broker’s prior
consent.
To faithfully adhere to the provisions of RA No. 9646 or RESA Law and the
code of ethics and responsibilities for real estate service practitioners.
To join and pay fees for membership to professional organizations in which
Broker is a member-_____________________________________.
THAT, Broker agrees to provide assistance for the accreditation of Project
Selling and to provide necessary information and advertising for the Real Estate
Properties being sold by the Broker exclusively.
THAT, for and in consideration of the Agent’s selling of Real Estate

Properties for and on behalf of the Broker, the latter has agreed to share with the
former an amount equivalent to __________ Percent (____%) out of the total
________Percent (______%) Broker’s Commission allocated by Project Selling,
net of applicable government taxes and advance commissions and subject to the
policies on Broker’s / Agent’s Commission being implemented by Project Selling.
Properties with General Brokerage for and on behalf of the Broker, the Agent has
agreed to share an amount equivalent to ___________Percent (____%) of the
Agent’s total commission.
Properties exclusively handled by the Broker, the Agent will receive
____________ Percent (_____%) of the total commission.
THAT, Broker will handle all the legal documentations of the Agent’s sale
such as transfer of titles and payment of taxes with a Professional fee that will be
deducted from the Agent’s commission.
THAT, this Agreement shall be legally binding and enforceable upon the
parties concerned until this Agreement is rescinded or cancelled in writing by the
Parties concerned.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have caused their names to be
affixed to the instrument and have hereunto signed these presents on this _______
