Quality Education is the prime concern of the administration of every
school. Many interventions have been done to supplement the effective instruction of teachers to their clientele.
The school aims to produce quality learners equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary in the lives of the students and the community. The knowledge and skills of the teachers are also the priority of the school to be able to teach effectively using the appropriate instructional materials and devices. These will be done effectively through the strong support and supervision of the school head.
Thus, this proposal has been made to enable the school to provide assistance in improving the quality of instruction of the teachers.

Monitoring and Evaluation Scheme:
The evaluation shall be done by the organized project Monitoring team
which composed of the Project Manager, Subject Area Specialists, School PTA President, LGU ( Committee on Education – Municipal & Barangay ) spearheaded by the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent.
To ensure the evaluation results, the team will formulate an instrument to
validate the results.
Provision of Sustainability:
The convenient approach and process that gain positive results to the improvement of classroom instruction and improved performance of teachers and students will be sustained through the support and assistance of the PTA, Local Government, NGO’s and the school MOOE.
