    TERMS & CONDITIONS


    1. Packing and forwarding shall be 2% on the basic value of the order .But at special case nil
    2. This sale will attract 18 % GST at the rates prevailing on the date of dispatch.
    3. Freight Condition shall be charged extra at: 600 . GST on freight charges shall be levied at
    the same rate of tax charged on supply.
    4. Terms of payment: 100 % in advance
    5. Delivery: 2 to 4 WEEKS. This delivery shall reckon from the date of receipt of your clear and
    firm order with advance or date of approval of the GA drawing, whichever is applicable.
    6. Supervision of erection and commissioning: We shall depute trained personnel for supervision of
    erection and commissioning on chargeable basis as per standard norms and conditions, for
    which we will submit a formal quote at later stage. Service Tax shall be extra as applicable.
    7. Validity: The offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of offer.
    8. Warranty:

    a. All parts and equipment, unless explicitly mentioned in the uptime document, are
    warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of start-up.
    b. Warranty is limited to repair/replace of defective parts against manufacturing defects
    only and does not extend to any consequential liability thereof.
    c. UPTIME Warranty clause as per the attached UPTIME Document.

    RECOMMENDED LAYOUT

    To achieve best performance levels, the following layout is recommended for

    RECOMMENDED COMPRESSOR PLACEMENT – BASIC:


    1. The entrance to the compressor room should be high enough and wide enough to get the
    compressor in and out.

    2. Leave minimum 1 m space for compressors <75 kW and 1.5 m space for >75 kW, around the
    compressor for safe and proper inspection, cleaning and maintenance activities. (Fig. left below)

    3. Leave minimum 2 m space above the compressor for the hot air to flow away from the compressor.

    4. Maintain the room temperature with proper ventilation (The compressor room temperature should
    not be above 5°C from ambient temperature). Higher suction temperatures would result in reduced oil
    life due to higher discharge oil temperature (DOT).
