Befüllung der Klimaanlage mit Kältemittel R134a


Das beschriebene Prozess kann nur durchgeführt werden, wenn die Klimaanlage auf Dichtigkeit geprüft und evakuiert wurde.
Es gibt folgende Möglichkeiten, um die erforderliche Menge an Kältemittel zu bestimmen:

a. Toleranz: +/- 0,2 kg (+/- 0,4 lb)


b. Füllmenge für 8 mtr lange KM-Leitung jeweils HD/ ND zwischen Kompressor und AC-Anlage. Weiter verwendete KM-Leitungslängen, benötigen eine Extrabefüllung von 0,04 kg pro Meter.
1. Bei genau bekannter Füllmenge, sollte laut Tabelle nur nach Gewicht befüllt werden.
2.
Bei nicht bekannter Füllmenge, kann das System nach Schauglas in Flüssigkeitsleitung (Traditionel) und/ oder Schauglas in Sammelflasche (bei MCHX-Kondensatoren & AC353-550) befüllt werden.
AC353-5x series (ohne AC353-550) mit MCHX Kondensatoren & Unterkühlungsbereich, nach traditioneller Schauglasbefüllung.
Dies ist aber nur von erfahrenem Fachpersonal auszuführen!
Hierbei ist zu beachten dass die Umgebungstemperatur ca. 30°C und die Innenraumtemperatur im Fahrgastraum mindestens 25°C beträgt.
3. Wird die Anlage bei zu niedriger Außentemperatur nach Schauglas befüllt, so kann die Anlage bei erreichen höherer Aussentemperatur, Aufgrund der Wärmeausdehnung des Kältemittels überfüllt werden.
4. Inbetriebnahme AC und des Kompressors. Konstante Drehzahl des Fzg.-/ Busmotors bei min 1.500 bis 1.800 U/min.
5. Standard max. Motordrehzahl von Halbhermetischen-/ Schrauben-Kompressor, konstante Drehzahl bei annähernd 50 Hz.
6. Erst nach ca. 10-15 Minuten Klimabetrieb die Kältemittelmenge überprüfen. Basierend auf den Schaugläsern und HD-/ ND -Druck/ -Temperatur.

Charge the aircon system with refrigerant R134a


The described procedure may only be carried out if the aircon has been checked for leaks and evacuated.
There are two possibilities to determine the required amount of refrigerant:

a. Tolerance: +/- 0,2 kg (+/- 0,4 lb)


b. Based on 8 mtr long refrigerant lines HP/ LP between compressor and AC-Unit. Additional refrigerant lines need an extra charge of 0,04 kg per meter.
1. If the exact filling amount is known, the unit has to be charged according to the indicated amount on this chart.
2. If the filling amount is unknown, the system can be fill only by using the liquid tube sight glass (tradidional) and/ or sight glass at the receiver bottle (MCHX condenser coils & AC353-550).
AC353-5x series (excluded AC353-550) with MCHX condenser sub-cooling circuit, by using the tradition sight class.
That must be carried out only by trained refrigerant technical engineers!
In the case the ambient temperature should be about 30°C and the interior temperature in the passenger compartment must be at least 25°C.
3. If the sight glass is used to fill the system and the outside temperature is too low, reaching a higher temperature may cause the system to overflow as a result of expansion of the refrigerant.
4. Start up the aircon & compressor. Fix speed of vehicle/ bus engine at min. 1.500 to 1.800 RPM.
5. Standard max. motor speed of semi-hermetic-/ screw-compressor operates approx. 50 Hz .
6. After system operates at least 10-15 minutes in cool mode, check the refrigerant charge. Based on the sight glasses and HP-/ LP -pressure/ -temperatures.
