    1. TEAM BIRTHDAY
    LINE UP
    DURATION 10 Minutes

    Developing Communication skills


    RECOMMENDED Cooperation
    Problem Solving
    FOR: Leadership

    1. Have the group get in a line (side by side).


    2. Tell them to rearrange their line in order of their

    RULES
    birthday.
    3. The rule is that they can no longer talk.
    4. They can use sign language or other methods to find
    each other's birthday.

    2. CIRCLE OF SILENCE
    DURATION 10 Minutes

    RECOMMENDED Strategy
    FOR: Team Communication

    1. One person in the group is selected to wear a


    blindfold and asked to stand in the middle of the circle.
    2. Rest of the group should slowly pass the selected
    RULES object around the circle without making any noise.
    3. The object must be passed from one person to the
    next as quietly as possible.
    3. TRUST WALK
    DURATION 35 minutes

    1. Find a good location, form pairs. Ask one partner to be


    the navigator (guide), and the other to be blindfolded.
    2. Once the blindfolded partner is ready, slowly spin the

    RULES person around a few times so that they are unsure


    which direction they are headed.
    3. The guide should not touch the partner at all. He or
    she should be navigated to avoid obstacles to reach the
    targeted location.
    4. RADIO PLAY
    DURATION 90 minutes

    1.Participants have to work together to perform their

    2. Once they are done planning and preparing, each
    team must perform in front of other teams.

    5. HUMAN KNOT
    DURATION 20-30 minutes

    FOR: Time management

    1. Have everyone stand in a circle facing each other.


    2. Tell everyone to reach their right arm towards the
    center and grab someone else's hand.

    RULES 3. Next, have everyone reach their left arm in and grab
    someone else's hand.
    4. Now, employees need to work together to untangle
    the human knot without letting go of any hands. The
    goal is to end up in a perfect circle again.
    6. TRUTH AND LIES
    DURATION 10 – 15 minutes

    RECOMMENDED Communication
    Increase bonding
    FOR:

    1. Have everyone sit in a circle. Each person prepares


    three statements, two of which are true and one of
    which is a lie.
    RULES 2. Person shares the three statements to the entire
    group.
    3. The object of the game is to figure out which
    statement a lie.
    7. BLIND DRAWING
    DURATION 10 – 15 minutes

    FOR: Leadership

    1. Divide up teams of two and have the players sit back


    to back.
    2. One team member will be given a picture of an object
    RULES or word. Without saying what it is, the person must
    describe the image,
    3. While the other team member is to draw what is
    being described.
