I wish to complain about the GE lipstick, with serial number of 0789123646 that I purchased on
June 20, 2021, at GE Cosmetics – Makati Branch. I am complaining because the sealed was
broken.
To resolve this problem, I would like you to replace the product right away. When I first learned
of this problem, I contacted Mrs. Bael on June 19, 2021, at your company, and was told that
nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because you it was
not my fault and there were indications in your product saying that “don’t open if the seal is
broken” I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will
do about my complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear
from you within 3 days, I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and
consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. I may be contacted at the
