Procedural Cost Management System (PCMS) is
a program designed to provide high-quality
surgical products and services to a facility on a
fee per procedure basis.
Far superior than an instrument loaner, rental or

lease program, PCMS customizes products and
services into a convenient package based on your
hospital’s specific needs. Your facility gains
access to Aesculap’s premium line of products
and services without capital investment.
Specialty instrumentation from other
manufacturers can also be incorporated into your
customized sets. All your instruments will be
routinely inspected to ensure that they are
properly functioning and will be maintained and
repaired as necessary.
PCMS will help to significantly reduce and

contain your instrument and repair costs while
providing on-going support for your surgeons,
nurses and staff.
