    ‘Checks my Status’ every Thursday (GMT )

    A) Sending the Status

    1. Open the e-Navigator Planning Station, clicks to ‘Home’ - Then clicks on ‘Check my status’ button.

    2. Check my status windows appear, Ensure that a Removable Drive is connected to the PC as the
    COMMUNICATION METHOD selected earlier is the Removable Drive.

    Clicks ‘Send’.
    3. The Request xxx.ads file generated by the program and saved into the Removable Drive. Clicks OK

    4. Check the Removable Drive and


    it should consist of 2 files -
    - Requestxxx.ads
    - MailInfoxxx.txt

    5. Log in to AmosConnect to send


    the Requestxxx.ads file.

    **Note that the MailInfoxxx.txt


    only used as reference only.
    6. Open the MailInfo.txt . Refer to this text file and ensure same data and format is apply to the E-Mail which about to be send.
    This are the Address, Subject, Text and Attachment

    **For Attachment - Attach the Requestxxx.ads file that generated earlier inside the Removable Drive.
    7. Once ready, Send the E-Mail. Dial up the AMOS server.

    After 5 Minutes - Dial the AMOS and you should get the Automatic Reply for the Status.
    B) Applying the Status to E-Navigator Planning Station

    1. You now received the reply for the ‘Check My Status’ request.

    2. Save the ADSReplyxxx.ads ino Removable Drive

    3. Open the e-Navigator Planning


    Station and select Tool , Apply
    Update
    4. Select the ADSReply file that just received.

    5. The Update Status windows pops out and the program start updating. Clicks Close after updating completed.
    6. Select the AVCS Products.

    In Action Summary , if there any new updates


    required for the ENCs in Maintain Holding ,
    notification will be shown inside the boxes and
    highlighted in Red, Yellow or Light Blue color.

    7. In the Maintain Holdings,

    Choose Holdings tab- Filter Products by -


    on the Drop Down Menu → select Action
    Now ( this will shows the ENCs that requires
    updates.)
    8. This is the NEW notification generated from the e-Navigator Planning Station that require ACTION (to be updated
    to latest correction/updates).
