    Program Implementation Report


    in line with SGC
    The local government unit of Brgy. Tilhaong have been collaboratively working with the entire school
    community in incorporating learning resources into the improvement processes of the school to ensure
    continuous enhancement of student learning outcomes and the students’ holistic development. The
    officers of School Governing Council together with the LGU of Brgy. Tilhaong have encouraged local
    initiatives for improving quality of basic education.

    This report states the programs initiated by the School Governing Council. This report shows how the
    programs were implemented and the persons involved and the beneficiaries of each program.

    TITLE

     Reams of long bond papers


    To acquire funds of learner’s  Reams of short bond papers
    materials because the school does
    not have MOOE yet.  Reams of A4 bond papers
    Generating  Printers
    Learners’  Ink
    Materials To encourage donations from  Cartolinas
    stakeholders for materials to aid the
     Toners
    printing and producing of learner’s

    On the months of July to September, Tilhaong Elementary School felt the overwhelming support of the
    Local Government Unit of Brgy. Tilhaong headed by Capt. Regie Lutao and his officials because they
    have been generating donations and giving funds to the school to help aid in acquiring school supplies for
    the learners.

    Attached are the photos of the bondpapers and other school supplies received by teachers from donations
    form Local Government unit, councilors, government officials and other stakeholders.

    have a photocopier yet.

    funds so that the teachers
    can have their own machine
    to be used in producing
    learners’ modules

    The Sanggunian sa kabataan gave a lot of
    bondopapers headed by Richelle P.
    Managay.

    In Tilhaong, Consolacion, Cebu, the support to basic education exists through the barangay level of
    government. The barangay council provides financial and non-financial support to the school within their
    jurisdiction. The barangay council is deeply concerned and involved in the plight of the school. Financial
    support comes in the form of budgetary allocation from the Barangay Development Fund and or from the
    discretionary fund of the Barangay Chairperson.

    All teachers of Tilhaong Elementary School are thankful for the the barangay officials who have been
    generous in committing available resources in the implementation of school improvement. They have
    been participating in setting goals, strategies and making needs of the school a priority.
