    AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING TO PAY SERVICE FEE TO ISSUANCES OF DOCUMENTS REGARDING THE


    TRAVEL RELATED TO COVID -19 PANDEMIC.

    Be it ordained be the Sangguniang Barangay during session assembled;

    Section 1. There must be a service fee of any travel documents regarding the issuance of papers for
    none PUM (person under monitoring) none PUI (person under investigation) individuals who go
    outside the barangay for important purposes.

    Section 2. Any persons are required to present a Residence Certificate or present a valid ID for
    verification of the said purposes.

    Section 3.A charge of EIGHTY PESOS ONLY (Php80.00) for this service fee document.

    Section 4. Validity of this document within 1 week upon issuance.

    This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
