Ch Mech: Supervise Task, insure CWP, Isolations, and JSA are used properly and performing party is competent to
perform the task. Insure work instructions and applicable procedures are understood and used effectively. May
delegate responsibility to Sr. Mechanic in their absence.
Sr Mechanic: Performing Party, directs Rig Mechanic to assist/perform the task, insures work instructions are
followed effectively, and all applicable procedures are understood and used effectively.
Rig Mechanic: Assists as directed
Hand Tools / Spare Parts / Required:
Saftey harness, Lanyard .
Equipment / Handling Tools Required:
Work basket . slings.

1) Prepare PTW and Energy Electric Isolation Stored pressure.
Certificate as per Energy isolation procedure PR-

3) Inspect all tools prior to use.

clear of the equipment and that the equipment
may be safely returned to service. Follow De-
isolation process as per Energy isolation
procedure PR-CO-SHE-004. De-isolate unit,
remove barrier tape, reinstate unit to service..
