    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

    Ms Carly Cormier is an important part of our educational program at the Singapore


    School in Pantai Indah Kapuk. I have worked with Carly in my capacity of Head Teacher
    since the beginning of the academic year of 2016. During that time, Carly has proven
    herself to be dedicated to creating healthy, active young people.  Carly brings exciting
    new ideas to life; I’m confident that she will continue her momentum with her next
    school.

    Carly also impressed me with her commitment to lifelong learning. She


    successfully collaborated with our Primary DHT, and took advantage of several
    professional development opportunities offered in our school. She also went out of her
    way to elicit feedback from her DHT and students, inviting them to share their
    experiences at the end of each semester. It’s this commitment to growth and her
    students’ well-being that makes Carly an outstanding educator who empowers her pupils.

    Carly is charismatic and creative, and she thinks outside the box. She has shown
    excellent classroom management skills and developed a rapport with students,
    colleagues, and parents that is characterized by mutual respect. At the end of last year, I
    had a parent come to me specifically to praise Carly's teaching and the impact she's had
    on her son.

    Carly is a committed member of the school community as a whole. Carly has given
    many weekends to support our students at a range of events including our Musical.
