CAREER OBJECTIVE
I would like to be a part of an organization where I could use and enhance my knowledge and
talent for the development of both the organization and myself. I am seeking a challenging
job that will utilize and further sharpen my skills, and where I can express my thoughts and

EXPERIENCE:
 Project Manager (Construction) in Unimas Sportswear Ltd. (Chinese based
joint-venture company) from June, 2017 to March,2020.
 Controlling project team and distribute work responsibility.
 Planning and supervising the overall construction works.
 Assist management in planning, monitoring and managing the project.
 Coordinate with consultant and top management.
 Ensure high quality of project construction works.
 Ensure safety, security and discipline of the project.
 Prepare daily work progress and report to the management.
 Find out and solve the complications of the project.
 Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
 Handover 450000 sfft,11th storied factory building with basement in 2 years.
 Assistant Project Engineer in Navana Real Estate Ltd. from November, 2013 to
December, 2016.
Major Responsibilities:
 Leading, planning supervising, controlling and coordination of construction work.
 Assist management in planning, monitoring and managing the projects.
 Ensure high standard of construction works independently.
 Prepare weekly and monthly work progress report.
 Handover (Position 2nd Man) 16th storied commercial building with 3-
basement plus Helipad.
 Perform any other duties assigned by the authorities.
 Project Engineer in SAM International Engineers Ltd. (MES High-rise Project)

from January, 2011 to October 2013.
Major Responsibilities:
 Ensure high quality of project construction works.
 Forwarding all works related documents, Monthly work program, Materials
budget, Contractors fund budget, Bills submission etc.
 Handover 3 nos 14th storied residential building.
 Perform any other duties assigned by the authorities.
