and create key arranging. It holds four zones: Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats.
Strength:
CARE has a positive brand image for its other products, such as lotion, hair oil, and women’s
face cream. This brand image will impact customer's minds, and people might go for Man's care
cream. Also, the price of this product is reasonable, as CARE uses its natural products. Care’s
main strength is it doesn't compromise with its quality, which has created a positive mindset
about CARE products. Moreover, CARE is a local brand. For this reason, shipment costs and
transport cost is less than its competitors. So CARE can sell products at a low price than its
competitors.
Weaknesses:
Competitors of CARE are Fair & Lovely, Nevia, Garnier, etc. All these brands are multinational.
They have a vast amount of investment & they can spend a lot on their promotions, which can be
harmful to Man's Care Cream. As they are already famous for their products for men, it is
challenging for CARE to launch a new product like Man's care cream. As CARE is introducing
Man's care cream for the first time, CARE has less information about the new segment than its
competitors.
Opportunities:
As CARE is a local brand, it can understand more about deshi men's preferences, which can be
helpful than their competitors. There are fewer competitions and brands for man's cream, so
CARE can grab the market if it can attract the customers. As a local company can connect more
with its customers, they can promote their new product uniquely.
Threats:
Many brands are now showing their interest in developing products for men, which can threaten
CARE. The price of the products of CARE is low than its competitors. So customers might have
