    For value received, I, BATMAN, Filipino, of legal age, single and a


    resident of Roxas Street, Iligan City, do hereby promise to pay
    SUPERMAN, at his residence at Tieza Street, Brgy. North, Iligan City,
    or order, the sum of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) plus 10%
    interest, within one year from the date of execution.
