    I, VIDA B. LOCA, Filipino, of legal age and residing at No.


    235, Maginhawa St., Phase 1, Villa Julieta, Brgy. Saguin, City of
    San Fernando, Pampanga, after having been duly sworn to
    according to law, hereby depose and state that:

    I am the Advertising Manager of SunStar Pampanga, a


    daily newspaper published, edited, and printed in City of San
    Fernando, Pampanga and circulated in Angeles City and the whole
    province of Pampanga, from Monday to Friday with editorial and
    business offices at 2F Tita's Building, Jose Abad Santos Avenue,
    City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

    That the Order of Hearing for the case entitled in Re:


    Petition for the Adoption Of Minor GummyBear Karlos and for the
    Change of his Name to GummyBear Karlos Eduardo, printed copy
    of which is attached hereto, was published in the said newspaper
    on February 15, February 22, and March 01, 2020.
