Executive Summary

The study was conducted to know the current job satisfaction of the workmen in the
company. It was basically carried out to major the satisfaction with the appraisal process. The
supervisor asks for input to take decisions. It was done to evaluate the work performance.
Every workman were observed and asked about their current work conditions and their
responsibilities in the organizations. Some of the workmen strongly agreed that they are
satisfied with their current job.
This study was necessary to find out the image of the company among the workmen and
other staff. It was also necessary to understand the behavior of the workmen towards the
company’s skim, policy and procedure and also the management of the company.
The study held in promoting healthy industrial relationship among the company and their
members. This study helped in improving overall human resource practice inside the
organization and also establishing good relationship on both part of the management and
workmen.
It helped in reducing the gap between management and their workers.
The objective was to measure the relation between the workmen and supervisor.
The study helped in finding the concern of organization towards their employees.
The conclusion was drawn that most of the workmen were satisfied with their job and not
finding any fault in the industry
