TIME LIMITS
DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION
1. General
NOTE: The Airworthiness Limitations Section is FAA approved and specifies maintenance required under
Parts 43.16 and 91.403 of the Federal Aviation Regulations unless an alternative program has been
approved.
The following Airworthiness Limitations related to life of the aircraft and the FAA Approved Airplane Flight
Manual (AFM) for a detailed delineation of the flight limitations of the aircraft.
The service life of airframe parts and airframe systems except parts noticed in item 2 is 20,000 flight hours
or 20,000 landing at flight time Tf = 1 hour.

NOTE: 1) Valid for 100% take-off with full wing tip tanks (further on WTT for operation grass: concrete
1:1). For a smaller number take-off with full wing tip tanks life of the wing proportionally
increases and may be taken from diagram LB = f (% of take-off with fuel WTT given
in fig.1). The diagram is valid for flight with fuel WTT with flight time T<3.3 hr, the life being
determined by number of take-off. Landing with full WTT is not permissible.
2) From Serial No. 1818 the service life is guaranteed higher than 20 000 landings.
