    The Supervised Industrial Training (SIT) evaluation of the student performance is based on the seven factors (A-G) listed below. Each factor has a
    rating scale of 1 to 10, with 1 referring to the POOR performance and 10, to an OUTSTANDING grade. Kindly evaluate our student trainee
    according to these factors and scale. The sum of the ratings is transmuted to the TUP-Grade using the conversion scale. This TUP Grade forms part
    of the student rating on the subject Supervised Industrial Training (SIT). Thank you.
