Violations Notice
Pursuant to the provisions stated in the House Rules, the following requires your prompt attention:
_____ Leaving LAUNDRY / other PERSONAL PROPERTY outside the unit door / in the hallway / Fire Exit /
common areas.
_____ Leaving PERSONAL PROPERTY in the hallway without proper issuance or with expired Work Permit for
general cleaning of unit.
_____ Bringing out furniture from the unit to set up a WORKPLACE in the hallway.
_____ LITTERING / DUMPING TRASH in the __________________ / common area. Trash should be
deposited at the designated area.
_____ Using the Fire Exit for SMOKING.
_____ THROWING __________________ out from the window / balcony.
_____ HANGING CLOTHES or other items outside your window / balcony / Fire Exit.
_____ Leaving the __________________ / common area DIRTY after use.
_____ ATTACHING signage / poster / sticker in the __________________ area without approval.
_____ REMOVING the __________________ from the UNIT. Under no circumstances should any of the
Lessor’s items / improvements, be removed from the unit / premises.
_____ REMOVING the __________________ from the __________________ / COMMON AREA without
approval.
_____ Creating unnecessary NOISE / playing loud music / slamming of door / which interferes with other
residents’ right to the quiet enjoyment of their place.
_____ Leaving the DOOR OPEN when SMOKING, in which the smoke causes nuisance to other residents.
_____ Using LPG for COOKING. This is strictly prohibited.
_____ Leaving the DOOR OPEN when COOKING, causing strong odors to intrude on other units.
_____ Drinking ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES in the __________________ area without approval.
_____ ILLEGAL PARKING of your VEHICLE / MOTORCYCLE / BICYCLE.
_____ BLOCKING the building entrance with your VEHICLE / MOTORCYCLE / BICYCLE.
_____ IDLING / LEAVING ENGINE of vehicle running while inside parking area.
_____ CHANGING LOCKSET without approval and submission of duplicate keys.
_____ Keeping a PET inside your unit. Visit the Administration Office to discuss proper arrangements.
_____ Keeping __________________ inside your unit which is a SAFETY HAZARD. Remove
immediately.
_____ TAMPERING / Attempt to reconnect the water / electricity without proper settlement of arrears and
approval.
_____ Unauthorized PLUGGING of ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES / DEVICES in the hallway / common area.
_____ Conducting REPAIR of VEHICLE / MOTORCYCLE / BICYCLE anywhere in the premises which can
cause damage to property of others / company.
_____ Damage to ____________________________ which is company property.
The Administration reserves the right to impose further sanctions / fines for any violation, depending upon the
frequency and severity of the offense and / or act committed.
