Hereinafter referred in this trust deed as Party of
the second part or Trustees which expression shall
unless excluded by or repugnant to the context
Party of the Second Party and/or by virtue of this
Trust trustees from time to time.
The party of the First part desire to create Trust
for the charitable objects and for such public
charitable trust desirous to donate Rs. 1,000/-
(Rupees One Thousand only) and for that purpose
the trust will be created, the party of the first part
consented to work as the First Trustee. And hence
for such trust the party of the first part has given
on - - 2017 day for such objects of the trust
Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the
party of the second part and the party of the
second part has accepted from the party of the
first part an amount of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One
Thousand only) and with such consent the party of
the First part hereby create this trust and the
details of terms is as under:-
(1) As stated above the party of the first part has
given Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) to
the party of the Second party and this amount in
this deed shall be referred as The Trust Estate
which expression shall unless excluded by or
repugnant to the context such amount received as
donation that is treated as gift and other amount
shall also be included.

(2) The name of the trust SHREE PARIMAL TRUST and

address of the trust is 2-A, Centre Point Building
No.-2, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad-6.
(3) The trust shall work without any difference of
creed, caste, high or lower, poor, rich small or big
or any other with non politically in the state of
Gujarat and entire India.
(4) First Trustees:

(5) OBJECTS:
(A) Education Activity:
This Trust shall run and maintain Nurserym
Primary, Secondary, Higher Secondary, Schools
for girls and boys and also runs different colleges
and teach faculty of Arts, Commerce, Science,
Medical, Nursery B. Ed. M. Ed. Electronic,
Information and Technology, Engineering and
Technical.
(1) To run and maintain school for deaf-dump,
blind and handicapped person, tribe etc.
(2) To open and maintain hostel for boys and
girls.
(3) To provide help in all respect to intelligent
students, to give honour in Public, give them
price, medals and certificate etc. To provide help
for higher study in Foreign as far as possible.
(4) To encourage for sports to the student for
future. To cause for instruments and sport ground.

(5) To make entire arrangement for education.

To open Computer Training Classes. To provide
needy poor person Books, Notebook Uniform etc.
likewise to provide fees considering the limits of
the trust.
(6) To make arrangement of reading room and
library for the students and general peoples and
purchase educational books, more over History,
(Historical) Science, General knowledge, the books
of India and also the book of World Crafts man,
regarding great worrier, Kings, Small native state,
Social savior Religious, Social, books for health,
sports with knowledge, books for learning different
eatable items, technical books, book of World
Crafts man, regarding great worrier, Kings, Small
native state, Social savior Religious, Social, books
for health, sports with knowledge, books for
learning different eatable items, technical books,
books for Arts, Drawing, Sports, Meditation, Yoga
and the books concerning to Home treatment,
books for world geography and showing the roads
and ways.
(7) To provide vocational guidance and to run class
concerning to it so the students can frame their
future life.
(8) To give poor, needy, cleaver and intelligent pupils
honour, price, medal, scholarship and to help the
qualified students and teachers for studies in
foreign.
(B) Medical Activities:
(1) To open, run and maintain Hospital, clinics
and to provide medical services at reasonable rate

of free of cost for the maintenance of health of

public.
(2) To carry on the activities for health of public
and to diagnosis the diseases, to organize Medical
Camp, Eyes Camp, Body checkup.
(3) To organize Blood donation camp and to
arrange Ambulance Van for safe transportation of
patients.
(4) To provide information to public at large for
donation of dead body so save the life of other and
to give understanding that due to donation of eyes
and kidney give life to others.
(5) To give treatment at lower rate for incurable
disease.
(6) To open, run and maintain Allopathy,
Ayurvedic and homeopathy dispensary.

(C) SOCIAL SERVICES:

(1) To help to poor, needy, Ill, uneducated and

weak person of the society and to held directly or
indirectly to the victim at the time of War, Riot or
natural calamity like, Flood, earthquake, fire etc.

(2) Now–a-day the birth rate of female is lower

and the birth male is higher and hence to try in all
respect to equal rate of male and female. More
over to organize for group marriages.

(3) To save the peoples who are under

depression, inferiority complex, having nature of
more anger, peevish, to run class for up gradation
for mental disease and to turn to the peoples at
religious and moral sound conduct.

(4) To make all efforts for removal of

unemployment from the society and to help as far
as possible to the institution who are carrying on
such activities.

(D) OTHERS:

(1) To help to needy and poor peoples and give

them medicine, grain and if possible to help
economically.

(2) To help to the victims at the time of Flood,

Earthquake, Fire and harbor wave.

(3) To provide necessary help to widow,

relinquished woman, orphanage child, old age
person and to make arrangement for them to pass
their remaining life happily.

(4) To try in all respect to remove the bad habit,

addicted, bad customs and blind trust of the
society.

(5) To construct Hall or plot and to maintain and

to provide services at occasions of religious
ceremony, Social or National festival and to carry
on activities and program for patriotism.

(6) To provide food for the hungry and to open

free loading house for Poor, old age, widow,
relinquished, Blind, handicapped, helpless and for
needy persons.

(7) To provide Grass for dump animal such

buffalos, Cow, Goat, Horse, and grain for grain for

Peacock, Sparrow, pigeon etc. and give them

treatment.

(8) To provide training for Cottage Industry,

Handicraft and self employment so them became
self reliant.

(9) To open, run and maintain Cow house and to

maintain animal giving milk or of a milch animal
and to make arrangement for animal of all type
and to appoint veterinary doctor.

(10) To work with the trust doing same activities

and also exchange funds and increase the
serviceable activities and also work with country
trust and foreign institution and exchange cultural
and make arrangement for seminar and workshop
in foreign country for the development of cultural.

(11) To arrange of water for bath cleaning hdnss

and foot pilgrimage and cold drinking water,
breakfast, dinner and lunch and also arrange for
rest and stay.

(12) To work concerning natural behavior such

global warming, Earthquake, draught, Fire, Riot
etc. and to provide services to victims.

(6) FUNDS OF THE TRUST

The administrator has issued Received in respect

of the amount given by the found of this trust.
And this amount shall be hold by the administrator
as the property of the trust. The property of the
trust shall be invested in proper institution and for

that purpose exchange of expenditure after

provision of expenses, and the administrator
accept the Income and the incurred in expenses
and make expenses for the objects activities of the
trust and to create the funds and raise the
property.

(7) INCOME OF THE TRUST:

The administrator accept by way of donation

subscription, gift, Interest, Dividend, Government
help, grand, peoples’ contribution by cottage
industries, by organizing Charity Show for the
trust, through handicapped in cash or in kind, but
not accept any donation or gift subject to any
terms, except any special resolution passed in this
connection, if the fund is required the same shall
be obtained by requests and by demand by
personally. The administrators can refused to
accept any gift, donation by passing resolution in
their meeting without assigning any reason. The
administrators can held the immovable and
movable property in their name and shall be used
the activity of the trust, they maintain, get it safe
and increase and also obtained loan on it.

(8) NUMBER OF TRUSTEES

(A) The minimum no. of trustees shall be 3

(three) and maximum 11 (Eleven) trustees in this
trust as life member.

(B) Any trustee desire to resign as trustee from

the trust shall have to serve resignation to the

other trustees before one Month and other

trustee, on or before completion one month inform
to the resigned trustees about acceptance or non
acceptance the resignation and thereafter the
remaining trustees shall appoint new trustee with
sample majority.

(C) Any trustee resigned, bankrupt or involved in

offence or proved that involved same nature of act
such trustee shall be removed from the trust and
any new qualified person shall be appointed as
trustee with the majority.

(D) The Trustee can framed Sub Committee

according to work if required and except the
trustee the other person can be a member of sub-
committee and shall not be treated as trustee in
any circumstances and the number of
subcommittee and duration of the same shall be
decided by the trustee.

(E) The additional funds of the trust shall be

invested in the Government Bank or in corporation
security, mutual funds or in share stocks.

(9) HANDED OVER TO ADMINISTRATORS:

Shri Amratbhai Bhahutmal Sangavi will be life time

Managing Trustee of the trust, he will appoint as
their predecessor as think fit and proper and such
person shall perform his duties after his death.
Shri Amratlal Bhabutmal Sangavi will perform his
duties as Manager of the Trust and he will appoint
the person as they think fit and proper. He will

appoint the member paikee Administrators or any

other person as they think fit and proper as
Secretary or Joint Secretary (One or more
Persons) and can appoint Treasurer or they will
take the change as they think proper.

(10) AUTHORITY & DUTIES OF PRESIDENT

(MANAGING TRUSTEE)

(1) Treated as Legal Administrators of entire

properties of the trust.

(2) To give guidance and necessary instructions

to the Secretary for running and maintaining
administration of the trust.

(3) To make management with a view to achieve

the goal of the objects of the trust.

(4) To enter in to execution of Agreement for

property, deed of hypothecation, Loan according
to the powers given by the trust.

(5) To do the entire act according to the

authority of Ordinary Meeting and Executive
committee with the expectation of permission
called Ordinary meeting and executive committee
meeting except the time restriction.

(11) VICE PRESIDENT:

To help in act of President. And perform as

President in the absence of President likewise
enjoy the authority and duties.

(12) AUTHORITY & DUTIES OF SECRETARY:

(1) To carry on the work of the trust under the

guidance and order of President and Executive
Committee.

(2) To administer the property of the trust and

enter in to correspondence under his own
signature and for and on behalf of the trust.

(3) To take on hand the activities and to conduct

as per the order and guidance of the President and
Executive committee with a view to reach the aims
and objects of the trust.

(4) To call meeting of Executive Committee and

Ordinary meeting, to issue its notice and to make
its entry.

(5) To keep the accounts of the trust and get it

audited and produce for approval of ordinary
meeting.

(6) To execute the agreement of loan,

hypothecation, Agreement of property according
to the authority granted by Executive committee.

(13) ACTS OF THE TREASURER:

To issue receipt of Income, obtain voucher of

expenses and manage the accounts of the trust.

(14) MEETING OF THE TRUSTEES AND ITS

PROCEEDING:

(a) To call the trustee meeting within four

months from the completion of the accounts and
produce in this meeting the audited accounts and

report, and submit the report in writing or orally in

respect of the activity of trust before the Managing
Trustee. Except this, the Managing Trustee can
call the meeting of the Executive committee as
and when necessary. The ordinary meeting can be
called within a week on receipt demand in writing
with the signatures of any three trustees. That for
such meeting if there is presence equal to quorum
within half an hour from the stipulated time of
meeting the demand requisition can be cancelled.

(B) NOTICE OF MEETING:

The date, time and place for the Trustees

meeting ordinarily Notice will be served in writing
before 10 days from the date of Trustees meeting
and if necessary the meeting can be called with
short notice.

(C) QUORUM:

The proceeding of the meeting cannot be

done without the presence of minimum presence
of two trustees.

(D) DECISION BY CIRCULAR:

That for the administration of daily routine

work and on the occasion of urgency without
calling the meeting the decision will be taken with
the signatures of the trustees’ presence in India
by service of circular, Electronics message, (Email
or S. M. S.) Any one trustee have right to take
decision by calling the meeting, the same not by
circular but by calling the meeting.

(E) MINUTES BOOK:

All the proceedings and decision of the

meeting will be clearly enter into Minutes Book the
decision taken through circular by the trustees
presence in the meeting then the circular entry
will made in the minutes book.

(15) TRUSTEES’ AUTHORITY AND DUTIES:

(A) The objects of the trust paikee for any one or

more, without any income how much capital will
be utilized and the same shall be decided by
majority.

(B) To accept the conditional donation for one

object or more objects of the trust and to
administer and utilize the conditional donation
according to the terms. As the terms of the
conditional donation, the name of the donor or the
name as inform by the donor, the name of the
donor can be joined with the activity of the trust
or with any property of the trust, and the trustee
have right to accept the conditional with the above
said terms. No any trustee can accept the
alteration in the name of the trust.

(C) To use the property for the object of the

trust subject to Government law to accept
immovable or immovable property by way of gift,
to purchase or to acquire by tenancy right, to
exchange the property, construct and to repair
any of the property of the trust for the objects of
the trust.

(D) To invest the funds of the trust in Bank, Post

Saving Bank, Share stock etc. subject act in force
at the relevant time.

(E) To appoint employee, to fix the their terms,

salary, compensation, bonus and honorary etc. to
terminate services of the employee, suspend
them, to permit to use the property at the
reasonable rent of without any rent during the
tenure of service of the employee

(16) ACCOUNTING YEAR:

The accounting year of the trust commenced from

1st April and will be ends on 31 st March each year
or change the year according to Law of
Government.

(17) BANK ACCOUNTS:

The Bank account/accounts in the name of

the trust will be opened in the Government
recognized Bank with the signatures of Managing
Trustee (i. e. President) Vice President and
Secretary total 3 (Three) and will be operated with
the signature of any two. Accordingly the Bank
transactions, Loan, hypothecation or any
documentation work will be executed with the
signatures of any 2 (two.)

(19) RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRUSTEES:

If there is any loss on the invested funds of the

trust, but the same invested without any
dishonesty or serious carelessness, in that case no

any trustee shall be held responsible for any loss

or damages of any nature. There is no misconduct
or serious carelessness of any trustee, such
trustee shall not be held responsible for
misconduct, breach of trust, or misappropriation of
other trustee.

(20) CLOSURE OF TRUST:

This Trust cannot be cancelled. The cash or any

property of the trust would not be distributed
amongst the trustee, settler or donors. That in
future it is necessary to close the activities of the
trust, in that circumstances, after completion of all
responsibility of the transactions of the trust, after
resolution the trust can be closed subject to proper
permission obtaining from the Charity
commissioner under the Bombay Public Trust Act,
1950 or subject to Societies Registration Act, 1860
and this trust will be merged in the trust having
same objects.

The Trust deed has been executed by both the

parties hereto willingly, the same has been read
over, understood and in sound position of health
and mind which is binding to the both parties.
