HIKINEX is start-up, 3 years in business, and an outsourcing company which caters to US Market
specifically boutique companies, and SMEs. We help their businesses grow and expand by providing
them our services, mainly Sales and Recruiting services. But aside from that, we also have Marketing,
Back office support, and E-discovery services.

General Sales (Offshore) JOB DESCRIPTION

HIKINEX is looking to redefine the CX and Sales Support BPO industry. They plan to leverage BPHII
(Business Process Human Integrated Intelligence). Their goal is to build professionals who can operate at
an extremely high business level and enjoy the challenge and reward-based work environments and
incentives.

Here at HIKINEX their Sales Account Representatives are dynamic, high-performing Rockstar with
experience communicating in English in a business context. They work directly with Senior Leadership in
the United States and are an integral part of the HIKINEX growth and Outsourced Sales Department.
They are responsible for outbound calling, appointment setting, proposal writing, and leads generation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Schedule highly qualified meetings for sales managers by promoting services to build a sales
pipeline
• Conduct outbound calling to leads to book meetings and demos
• Leverage prospecting tools to identify potential customers and use outbound calling techniques
to schedule meetings with identified target accounts
• Clearly communicate product/services value proposition to prospects and learn about their
needs to see if there’s a good fit
• Collaborate with marketing, support, sales, and product teams to facilitate new programs,
messaging, sequences, campaigns, and offerings.
• Adhere to company policies and work standards

• Exhibit qualities of overachievement, self-motivation, good teamwork, and positive attitude


• Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
• Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (expert/native proficiency level in both oral and written
English).
• Creative mindset, proactive, resourceful, resilient, multi-tasker and fun
• Willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends off
Compensation:
• Our compensation ranges from 20 to 80k depending on your skillset, plus night
differential. We also have a retention incentive of 10-18k once
we launch you into account, this is recurring every month when your client renews you.
