DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is entered into by and between: LORNA VALDEZ
BAUTISTA, JUDITH VALDEZ and EVELYN VALDEZ, all of legal ages, Filipino citizens,
and residing at Pob. East, Lamut, Ifugao, hereinafter referred to as the VENDORS, and
AQUILINO C. NAMINGIT, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, and residing at Pob. North,
Lagawe, Ifugao, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE;

That for and in consideration of THREE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND (Php


390, 000) Pesos, Philippine Currency in hand paid, receipt hereof is hereby acknowledged, and
delivered by the Vendee to the Vendors, the Vendors do hereby SELL, TRANSFER AND
CONVEY, absolutely and unconditionally, unto the said Vendee, his heirs or assigns, the above
specifically described parcels of land with all the existing improvements thereon, free from all
liens and encumbrances and henceforth ownership and possession of the above-described will
pertain to the Vendee, his heirs and assigns;
That the Vendors hereby warrant ownership over the parcels of land above-described
with full right to dispose of the same, free from all liens and encumbrances and that henceforth,
full power of right of ownership and possession shall pertain to the VENDEE.

shall defend his right against any adverse claimant.
