have double spring contact to prevent
circuit breakdown due to arcing. . .
• Unique double spring design will not “loosen” like
Rajah type terminals.
• Includes stud and is easier to install – just crimp on
stud and screw on connector.
• PTFE insulator withstands higher temperatures than
conventional spark plug connectors.
• Universal – fits all spark plug makes and models.
(for W10, W14, W18 See * below)
• May be used with 5/16” ID silicone hose.
• Optional model available for use with high
resistance wire.

SEAL-ON™ SPARK PLUG BOOTS
Engine laboratory tests have shown that when the Seal-On™ Boot is
used, flashover voltage is increased by 8-10KV. Unlike conventional
spark plug boots, the BG Seal-On™ Boot is machined from PTFE to
specific spark plug dimensions and seals tightly on the spark plug
insulator. The boot design incorporates an industry standard type
bayonet connector for ease of installation. The kit includes a PTFE
grommet that is press fit into the upper end of the assembly so that
the boot is sealed top and bottom – at the secondary lead and at the
plug insulator. Kits are also available for use with “hi-resistance” wire,
which include the stud and stud support required to terminate this
type of wire (Assembly layout shown on page 41). Optional Seal-On™
Boot kits are also available for applications where 5/16” ID
silicone hose is used. Available with DSTM connector.**

CETRATM SPARK PLUG LEADS
FEATURES
• Monitoring engine performance is faster and easier, resulting in reduced downtime and improved
operating efficiency.
• SAFER-Multi-Fault Protection: Two independent insulation layers must be breached for a spark to occur.
An internal conductive shield provides a safety path to ground.
• May be used with BG All Weather Extensions (see pages 28 & 29).
• May be used with unshielded spark plugs when used with BG’s CETRATM Series Extensions (see page 34).
33
CETRATM EXTENSIONS PERMIT THE USE OF LOWER COST TOP
THREADED SPARK PLUGS WITH BG’S NEW CETRA LEADS. . .
And BG’s Unique CetraTM extensions extend plug life too!
APPROVED
• PTFE coated Viton “O” Ring seals tightly on the spark plug insulator.
Because the voltage necessary to “flashover” the spark plug insula-
tor is increased, spark plugs will operate at larger gaps that previously
resulted in plug failure.
• Greatly reduces spark plug cost by permitting the use of top threaded
spark plugs instead of shielded spark plugs.
• High alumina ceramic insulator prevents dielectric breakdown.
• May be used with CetraTM leads or conventional shielded leads.

SPARK PLUG RECONDITIONING SERVICE
On average, 83% of plugs returned are suitable for reconditioning and have sufficient
electrode material remaining to achieve the same performance level as a new spark
plug. Complete factory testing is performed on each spark plug prior to shipping.
Cost savings are substantial. See Frequently Asked Questions below for more details.
