    It is for the information of general public and all other stakeholders that following
    housing schemes of Zones-2, 4 & 5 of ICT, Islamabad, have so far been identified and
    declared illegal. They neither have any approval of Layout Plan nor have NOC from CDA.

    2. General Public accordingly, through this public notice, is cautioned and


    warned in their own interest to refrain from indulging in any sale/purchase of plots in these
    illegal housing schemes. Before investing in any housing scheme, public should confirm the
    legal status of the scheme from the authority. CDA Website www.cda.gov.pk may also be
    visited for having updated status of the schemes.

    3. The managements of the illegal housing schemes are hereby warned to stop
    making any publicity/marketing/booking/sale of plots and making any type of development/
    construction in illegal housing schemes. They are directed to get approval of Layout Plans of
    the schemes and NOCs from CDA, as per ICT (Zoning) Regulation 1992 and Modalities and
    Procedures farmed thereunder for development of Private Housing Scheme. In case of failure
    legal action would be initiated against all such illegal housing schemes.
