    1. NBHOA authorizes ATTY. STEWART PAUL T. TORRE to request for update,

    Secretary communicate, process, follow- up and secure a Deed of Donation and Owner’s
    Duplicate of Title from Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP)
    and other relevant offices, agencies and instrumentalities;

    2. RESOLVED FURTHER, that a total amount of One thousand Five Hundred
    ANALIE FORMACION Pesos (₱1,500.00) shall be allocated and be taken from the association funds
    Auditor for all related legal services to for every transaction or negotiation with
    relevant persons and government offices;
    BOARD OF TRUSTEES
    3. In relation thereto, the same amount shall be disbursed in favor of the above-
    mentioned authorized representative for the payment of legal fees;

    3. RESOLVED FURTHER, that the above-mentioned representative be delegated in
    whole or in part, any or all of the powers and authorities herein conferred by means of
    RANDY GALVI an instrument in writing, in favor of any third person or persons whom said
    representative may select.

    4. RESOLVED FURTHER, that the WTPO authorizes ATTY. STEWART PAUL TORRE
    TERESA SABAN
    to make, sign, and execute any documents pursuant to the aforementioned purposes
    and to have power and the authority to do and perform every act whatsoever necessary
    NOEL MAQUILING
    to be done in and about the premises;

    5. RESOLVED FINALLY, that all the foregoing authorities shall and continue to be in
    full force and effect until revoked or modified by written notice duly notarized, setting
    RONNIE BAYOT
    forth a resolution to that effect certified to have been adopted by the Board of Trustees
    of this organization, provided that such notice shall not be effective with respect to any
    exercise of said authorities prior to the receipt thereof.”
