    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    THAT I, GEROME DATUIN ALDE., of legal age, Filipino Citizen and currently residing at Bocboc,
    San Carlos City, Pangasinan, do hereby name, constitute and appoint JTW BOOKKEEPING AND
    ACCOUNTING SERVICES representatives namely JAIZEN T. WONG, JAIZENITO D. TAN and ROZENA D.
    TAN of legal ages, Filipino citizens and residents of Sitio Samberga, Sapang Maragul, Tarlac City, to be its
    true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, to perform the following acts and things, to wit:

    1. To transact with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, Business Permit,
    Authority to print (ATP), Book of Receipts for and on my behalf.

    2. To sign, deliver, and/or receive, in connection therewith, the necessary or appropriate


    documents of whatever nature, and all other instruments as may be necessary or proper for
    transacting with the enumerated government entities.

    3. To do and perform any and all necessary and lawful acts or deeds as required in transacting with
    the enumerated government entities.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power authority to do and perform
    all and every act requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises fully, to all intents
    and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present or acting in person. Hereby
    ratifying and confirming all that said Attorney in Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
    of these presents.
