CATERING AND EVENTS DEPOT is a joint partnership


between Chef Charlie Dungca, Lance Eugenio , & Kristian
Ablaza Edquiban who have a combined experience of 60
years in the hotel and restaurant industry internationally,
both in operations and project development in USA, China,
Japan, Guam, Hong Kong and other countries in South
East Asia. It is this experience that sets apart and provides
the base for the company’s cutting edge approach to food
and beverage development.
CHEF C HARLIE T. DUNGCA

Chef Charlie has been involved in


the food service industry for more
than a generation and as a
qualified chef started his career in
the kitchens of the Philippine Plaza
33 years ago. He later moved
overseas to California as a
Corporate Chef, overseeing
developments for the company in
food and beverage internationally.
He then transferred to become one
of the personal chef of Michael
Jackson. He is also looking after all
food and beverage concept and
design development for the group of
Salu. & Megulicious. Now he is
engage in R & D .
LANCE M. EUGENIO

Lance M. Eugenio- a serious professional with a remarkable


talent of creating, running, and improving food related
businesses. A teacher, coach, disciplinarian, and can
conceptualize new businesses. Over the years, she was a hired
professional working in the hospitality industry. She gained her
expertise thru experiences knowing well beyond restaurants, into
just about anything with business development, operation,
hospitality, and customer service & sales. She also opened
different restaurants all over the world. She was behind the
restaurant concepts of TGI Fridays, Italiannis, Outback
Steakhouse, Pig Out, Krazy Garlic, 8 Cuts, Linguini Fini, Manam,
Cabalen, Domino’s Pizza, Le Jardin Hotel & Events Place, Urban
Chef with 46 accounts , Contis , Buffalo Wings & Things,
Chubby’s Steak House, Legend Hotel in Hong Kong & Solstice,
Juan Carlo and Biggs Ins She was the former international
training manager of CRW the company of Carlson Worldwide
Group in USA.

A seasoned manager in the field of marketing

She developed marketing strategy by studying economic


indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand;
identifying customers and their current and future needs;
and monitoring the competition. She also contributed to
marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-
range issues that must be addressed; providing information
and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending
options and courses of action; and implementing directives.

She also obtains market share by developing marketing


plans and programs for each product and directing
promotional support. She maintains relations with
customers by organizing and developing specific customer-
relations programs and determining company presence at
conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and
seminars.

Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and


reports by directing market research collection, analysis,
and interpretation of market data.
