Flantastica was formed and managed by 10 senior highschool under Science


Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Strand. Although the company is still
relatively new and is run by inexperienced students, this distinctive feature presents
both potential and challenges. Along with that, it will follow a basic organizational
structure that is composed of 4 divisions: Purchasing, Production, Marketing, and
Finance.

PRODUCTION PLAN

Start by creating a mouthwatering and distinctive leche flan recipe. After the recipe
is finalized, get the ingredients you need from reputable vendors. Make a
production schedule that indicates the precise days and times for cooking and
preparation. Throughout the cooking process, pay attention to little things like
appearance, consistency, and caramelization. Once the food is cooked, give each
item careful packaging, labeling, and storage in a cool place. To guarantee
dependable quality, put in place a strict quality control procedure. Effective
inventory management can help you prevent stockouts and overproduction. Finally,
keep an eye on the production process and make adjustments based on input from
customers.

OPERATIONAL PLAN

INPUT

● Eggs​
● Evaporated milk​

PROCESS

1. Using all the eggs, separate the yolk from the egg white (only egg yolks will
be used).​
2. Place the egg yolks in a big bowl then beat them using a fork or an egg
beater​
3. Add the condensed milk and mix thoroughly​
4. Pour-in the evaporated milk and vanilla. Mix well.​
5. Put the mold (llanera) on top of the stove and heat using low fire​
6. Put the granulated sugar on the mold and mix thoroughly until the solid
sugar turns into liquid (caramel) having a light brown color. Spread the caramel
(liquid sugar) evenly on the flat side of the mold​
7. Wait for 5 minutes then pour the egg yolk and milk mixture on the mold​
8. Cover the top of the mold using an Aluminum foil​
9. Steam the mold with egg and milk mixture for 30 to 35 minutes.​
10. After steaming, let the temperature cool down then refrigerate.​
