一、Main uses and characteristics:

QHS-2000 type beverage mixer is used to produce various carbonated

beverages, (water syrup, carbon dioxide) carbonation and proportional mixing, such

as lemon, cola juice and other soft drinks. It is the main equipment in the complete

set of beverage production equipment. (Especially the key equipment for the

production of medium and high-end beverages)

characteristic:

1、This machine adopts the advanced technology of the chemical industry-static

mixer (ie carbonizer), its liquid mass transfer area is large, resistance loss is small,

high efficiency, low energy consumption, simple structure, and adopts reliable

performance, low noise Grade centrifugal pump ensures the performance of the

whole machine.

2. The mixing ratio is accurate and easy to adjust. The product and the ratio of

syrup to water can be easily adjusted without replacing other parts.

3. This machine can easily adjust the gas content, according to the requirements

of the beverage gas content, through appropriate operations, etc. to add to the
adjustment.

4. This machine is equipped with a complete automatic control system, which

has the advantages of coordinated action, simple structure, continuous production

and high degree of automation.

5. This machine is equipped with an in-situ cleaning process and has a reasonable

tank, an electrical control system, an air supply box, and necessary production

3.Carbonization pump inlet section: Water enters the carbonization pump inlet

through the water proportional control valve and check valve, adjusts the

opening of the two proportional control valves, and the water and syrup become

a constant ratio, which is sucked by the pump shaft and mixed evenly. During

production, if the downtime is too long, the ball valve at the outlet of the syrup

tank must be closed to prevent the mutual flow of water and syrup.

4.Outlet section of the carbonization pump: the mixed sugar and water are

boosted by the carbonization pump, and pass through a metering valve, a flow

meter, a check valve, and a static mixer to the storage tank. The static mixer is

filled with many corrugated sheets, which increase the gas-liquid contact area

and contact time. The pre-carbonized beverage enters the inlet of the static
mixer, and at the same time, 0.6MPa CO2 gas is introduced. When the gas and

liquid pass through the twisting and rotating corrugated sheet. Mix to make the

beverage reach the required gas content, and then enter the storage tank to

maintain pressure, so that CO2 is fully dissolved in the beverage.

5.Electrical control system: The electrical control of the machine adopts the

conventional relay contactor control line, which can automatically and coordinately

direct the work of each part of the machine, such as water intake, syrup intake, mixed

carbonization intake, return CO2 gas deoxidation and overpressure Exhaust gas and

so on. In addition, red indicator lights and alarms are used to alarm and indicate over-

liquid level in the pre-carbonization tank and storage tank. The main circuit of the

electrical system uses an air automatic switch to protect the motor from overload and

short-circuit. The low-voltage control system uses 24V direct current to send to each

relay, which generates much less heat than the alternating current relay, which

prolongs the service life of the electrical appliance and thus improves Improve the

reliability of the whole machine operation.

When the “backup pressure” switch is turned to the “I” position, the backup

pressure solenoid valve opens to prepare pressure for the storage tank. When the

pressure in the tank reaches the lower limit set by the electric contact pressure

gauge, the pointer switch loses power, and the backup pressure solenoid valve

closes the backup pressure At the end, the pressure in the storage tank exceeds the

upper limit pointer set by the electrode point pressure gauge, the switch is energized,

the solenoid valve is opened to exhaust, and the pressure is prepared

When the carbonization pump is started, the carbonization solenoid valve is

turned on, and the CO2 can enter the static mixing at a pressure of 0.6MPa. When

the water pump and the carbonization pump are started and the pressure in the pre-

carbonization tank is lower than the lower limit pointer set by the electric contact

pressure gauge, the return solenoid valve is opened, and the CO2 gas in the storage

tank can be returned to the carbonization tank through the gas flowmeter to perform

the return deoxidation pretreatment. Carbonization.

When the pressure in the pre-carbonization tank exceeds the set upper limit

pointer, it will be energized and the solenoid valve will be exhausted to the outside

world.

四、Transport and storage:

It is strictly forbidden to put the machine upside down and vibrate strongly during

lifting to prevent loosening, air leakage and vibration damage of pipes, meters, and

level gauges.

This machine should be kept reasonably, not exposed to the open air, and kept

clean and hygienic.

五、Installation and adjustment:

1. This machine can be installed on a suitable flat concrete floor with a certain

load-bearing capacity according to user requirements.

2. Adjust the feet to keep the base basically level, and lock it with a fixing nut

after adjustment.

3. Connect the syrup pipeline (diameter 20mm), chilled water pipe (diameter

25mm), finished product outlet pipeline (diameter 32mm) with stainless pipes
according to the requirements of this machine, and connect the CO2 inlet pipe with a

pressure hose Road (path diameter Φ8~Φ10mm).

六、Test machine, disinfection and cleaning:

1、testing machine:After the syrup, chilled water pipe, CO2 gas source, power

supply, etc. are installed as required, you can test the machine in the next section

"Production Operation Procedures". During the test machine, to save the syrup,

chilled water can be used instead. It can run for about 15 minutes. End.

2、disinfection:The prepared disinfectant is supplied to the inlet of chilled water

and syrup at the same time. At the same time, open the dosing valve ball valve below

the syrup tank and the pre-carbonization tank to a larger position, refer to the

"production operation procedure" to disinfect the machine, and the sequence of

disinfection is as follows:

Static mixer : Similarly, the relevant valves should be opened and closed, and

sewage should be discharged.

Storage tank :Similarly, the relevant valves should be opened and closed, and

sewage should be discharged.

2、cleaning:After disinfection, refer to the production operation procedure, and

then rinse with clean water. The sequence is the same as the disinfection sequence.

The cleaning time should be properly mastered according to the hygiene

requirements.

Finally, the flushing water is drained, and the cleaning is over. Close the CO2

cylinder and CO2 intake valve, and cut off the power supply.

七、Production operating procedures:


Before production, first check:

A. Whether the disinfection and cleaning of the machine meets the hygienic

requirements (if deemed necessary, the whole machine can be cleaned again

and the whole machine is also cooled).

B.Whether all pipelines are leaking or out of gas, whether various valves are in

the correct position.

C.Whether various preparations are perfect.

Production operating procedures:

1. Open the CO2 gas cylinder, adjust the output pressure to 0.7MPa, and keep

the pressure stable, turn the "backup pressure" switch on the electrical cabinet to

the "I" position, slowly open the CO2 inlet valve on the gas supply box, and use

the backup pressure The filter pressure reducing valve is adjusted to 0.32 ~

0.35MPa, and the machine is ready for pressure. At this time, the sound of CO2

intake in the storage tank should be heard, and the carbonizing filter pressure

reducing valve is adjusted to 0.6MPa.

2. When the pressure gauge on the storage tank shows 0.27MPa, turn on the

"Carbonization Pump Manual" position, the carbonization pump runs, and the

"Carbonization Pump Run" indicator light is on. When the carbonization pump is

over-rotating, check and adjust at the same time:

A. Check that the pressure of the filter pressure reducing valve for carbonization

should be 0.6MPa, and the pressure of the filter pressure reducing valve for

backup pressure should be 0.32~0.35MPa.

B. Adjust productivity: According to the requirements of productivity, adjust the


metering valve at the outlet of the carbonization pump and its value is displayed

on the LZB-40 flowmeter.

C.Adjust the ratio of syrup and water according to the different requirements of

the product, adjust the quantitative control valve under the syrup tank and the

pre-carbonization tank respectively, and carry out syrup detection (sample and

detect the ratio from the sampling valve located under the LZB-40 flowmeter ) To

make it meet the ratio requirements.

7、Production operation, when the above steps are correct and the filling machine

is ready for pressure, the machine can enter production operation, namely:

Press the "Carbonization Pump Auto" button, and then slowly open the product

outlet ball valve under the storage tank to send the product to the filling machine for

filling.

After the filling machine has filled about two turns, check the beverage in the

bottle for the first time. If it is qualified, perform a second check every ten minutes or

so. If it is still qualified, the machine can enter automatic production. status.

During the production process, if the supply of frozen water, syrup, CO2 gas, etc.

is in a stable state, the product can be inspected at regular intervals in the future to

ensure product quality.

If the inspection of the beverage in the bottle does not meet the product

requirements, then corresponding adjustments should be made according to the

specific situation until the product is qualified.

What needs to be explained here is:


a、 The CO2 pressure and flow rate of this machine refer to the display value

of the production state. Generally, the carbonization flow rate should not

exceed 1.9m3/h at the maximum.

b、 The maximum productivity should not exceed 3t/h.

c、When using this machine for the first time or producing new varieties, the

ratio of syrup to water and the mixing pressure of gas and liquid need to be

tested and sampled to determine the product quality.

d、 The various data here refer to the general situation. The specific data

should be determined according to the different requirements of the beverage

varieties, the use conditions of the filling machine, and the temperature.

e、 When the pressure gauge on the storage tank shows 0.6MPa, the safety

valve should be vented immediately, otherwise it should be shut down and

inspected immediately.

f. During production, when the machine is down for more than fifteen minutes,

the ball valve at the lower part of the syrup tank should be closed to prevent the syrup

in the syrup tank from flowing with the frozen water in the pre-carbonization tank. This

ball valve opens.

8 、 Cleaning after production: cleaning must be carried out at the end of each

production. For specific operations, please refer to the production operation

procedures, and refer to the section on disinfection and cleaning of the test machine.

After the machine is cleaned, the filling machine can be flushed clean.

After cleaning, close the gas cylinder, close the CO2 intake valve, cut off the

power supply and this is the end of the machine.


八、Machine maintenance:

1、The operation of this machine must strictly follow the operating procedures.

2、It is strictly forbidden to run the pump body empty without water and syrup.

3、Various purchased parts on this machine should be inspected and maintained

in accordance with the purchased parts manual.

4 、 All kinds of normal operation on this machine (especially in winter), it is

necessary to drain the water in the filters, tanks, pipelines and carbonizers, pump

bodies, and pump bodies. After draining, Close the relevant valves and perform

necessary cleaning of the appearance of the machine. Be careful not to splash water

on the pump motor and related electrical appliances to avoid damage to the machine.
