     Preliminary earthwork drawings which show the following:

     Estimated amount of excess/unsuitable material for disposal
    and location of disposal site or source of borrow pit
     Proposed route of travel (for disposal of excess material or
    from source of fill material)
     Proposed number of vehicles involved during the construction
    phase
     Proposed disposal area for biomass/vegetation
     Proposed temporary stock pile
     Proposed temporary drainage system
     Proposed ESCP drawings endorsed by a Professional
    Engineer - location of silt traps, wash trough, sediment
    basins, retention ponds, temporary drainage system, check
    dams, temporary stock pile area, green area, etc. including
    calculations and design
     Proposed location of site camp, storage areas and estimated
    number of construction workers
     Route of travel for the transportation of construction
    materials.
    Operational Phase C&S
    1. Conceptual Design Report from the C&S and M&E Engineers M&E
    for the following infrastructure requirements:
     Water supply
     Sewerage system (STP)
     Drainage & retention pond, stormwater runoff
     Electricity
     Telecommunications
     Landscape details ( buffer zones, green area, etc)
     Information to include estimated demand proposed system to
    be installed and source where the services will be tapped
    from (water, electricity & telecommunication) or discharged to
    (sewerage and drainage).
     Overall landscape plan

    Hard copies to be provided by client / respective consultants – To be updated upon EIA submission
     Geotechnical Assessment report
     Detailed soil investigation study, Terrain Mapping report and CSM map
     Signed layout plan in A1 size for submission to DOE
     Professional Engineer endorsed ESCP drawings in A1 size for submission to DOE
     ESCP design calculation report
     Signed STP design report
