    1. Cheque dishonour / Non-receipt of payment:The policy is void ab-initio i.e. it will not hold true, in case of non-receipt of
    premium or dishonor of Cheque issued towards premium payment

    2. This insurance cover is subject to standard policy wordings, exclusions and conditions as per “Digit Group Total Protect
    Policy” issued to the Master Policyholder. A copy of the terms and conditions shall be shared with you. In case of dispute,
    the terms and conditions detailed in the policy document and policy schedule shall prevail, such is life!

    3. We are hoping that the info given above by you is absolutely correct. In case any discrepancies are found, the policy will not
    be valid. Hope you understand.

    4. The Policy Wording attached herewith is not customized to your chosen plan. Therefore it includes all the standard
    coverage offered by Go Digit General Insurance Ltd. to its customers and there might be some coverages that you have not
    taken. Therefore, your entitlement for coverage/benefits shall be restricted to the Coverage/Benefits as mentioned in this
    Policy Schedule. For any clarification please call our Call Center Number 1800-103-4448

    5. If You have opted for Payment of Premium on a monthly basis, the following Conditions shall apply (notwithstanding any
    terms contrary elsewhere in the Policy)

    • Grace Period of 15 Days would be given to Pay the instalment premium due for the Policy.

    • During such Grace Period, Coverage will not be available from the instalment premium payment due date till the date of
    receipt of premium by US.

    • The Benefit of “Initial Waiting Periods” shall continue in the event of default payment being received within the Grace
    Period.
    • No interest will be charged If the instalment premium is not paid on due date.

    • In case of instalment premium due not received within the Grace Period the Policy will get Cancelled and a fresh policy
    would be issued with fresh waiting periods.

    • In case of any admissible claim in a Policy year:

    º If the claim amount is equivalent or higher than the balance of the installment premiums payable in that Policy Year,
    the balance premium would be recoverable from the admissible claim amount payable in respect of the Insured
    Person.

    º If the claim amount is lesser than the balance premium payable, then no claim would be payable till the applicable
    premium is recovered.

    • Where Premium Payment is on Installment Basis, there will be no refund of premium in case of Policy Cancellation
    requested by You.
