 Preparation of written instructions for UT, MT, PT.
 Performing Liquid Penetrant Inspection in structural welds and welds in high pressure vessel.
 Performing Magnetic Particle Inspection in structural welds and welds in high pressure vessel.
 Referring and assisting in the preparation of NDT procedure.
 Assisting in the preparation of welding procedure specification and Procedure qualification
record.
 Assisting welder qualificationprocess for different test positions both in groove and fillet.
 Preparation of the Standard Test Procedure for Liquid Penetrant Examination, Magnetic
Particle Examination for welds & riveting fasteners, and Ultrasonic Examination for both raw
material and welds.
 Preparation of Quality Assurance Matrix.
 Inspection & Approval of Raw Material based on the Quality assurance matrix.
 Verification of Mill Test Certificate against the procurement of Raw materials
 Preparation of dimensional inspection report of various assemblies.
