Workspace items can now be grouped into Channels with customizable user and group permissions.
Channels are ideal for assigning entitlements to specific classes, teams or departments. Channels are listed
on the Portal Dashboard to permitted users.
New Web Application and Link item types can now be added to workspaces, allowing users to open
configurable URLs in a virtual browser sessions or in their native browser.
New Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) integration allows students and instructors to access course
applications directly within Canvas and other LTI-compliant Learning Management Systems (LMS).
New Enable Drive Redirection setting configures the visibility of mapped drives when streaming remote
applications.
New Ticket Expiration Time setting configures the expiration time for user logins.

The workspace permissions form now supports user and group search.

settings controls which workspaces are automatically cached to the Application Server; the Default Domain
setting sets the default domain used to login when launching applications in the cloud with non-temporary
profiles.
Improved administration site loading speeds, navigation behavior, input validation, and error handling.
Daily log file rotations enalbed on proxy service logs. Logs are now moved to the ProgramData directory.
Moved the Application Server logs directory from ProgramData into the Turbo Server install directory.

New Notice and Consent feature allows adinistrators to display a form that the user must agree to during
the login process.
New Cache Temporary User Profiles setting automatically controls whether temporary user profiles are
persisted or deleted from the server periodically (approximately every 10 minutes after logout by default).
New Server command line interface commands for importing repositories and adding applications to a
workspace.
Improved server installation and upgrade time by removing unnecessary user write permissions
configuration. Temporary profiles do not require write permissions to system folders by default.
Removal of legacy administration site UI components that were not security compliant.
Mask SQL connection string passwords in the administration text field and logs.
Application license counters are reset when the settings are changed.
Disable application persistence by default when adding a new applications to the workspace.
Improved compatibility of third-party storage APIs such as OneDrive when connecting behind web proxies.

Kerberos login method in HTML5 asks for credentials instead of using temporary profile.
Application servers will only subscribe to the default workspace by default to reduce initial front load after
upgrade.
Fixed server diagnostics page when loading international date time formats.
Note
The component layering as specified by the Turbo Server Portal was incorrectly ordered in previous version.
Administrators should reverse the ordering of any application components that depend on a specific component
ordering.

The June 2020 Turbo Server release includes the following major new features:
Application Licensing controls are now available as part of Workspace Administration. Administrators can
configure license controls based on named or concurrent users or devices.
Light and dark Portal Theme options are now available on the Appearance settings. This allows for use of
dark wallpaper images.
Server Logs can now be viewed and downloaded from the Administration site.
Added support for Windows Domain User Logins when launching applications in the cloud.
Drag & Drop now supported in the HTML5 client file browser.
The Portal now redirects users with expired credentials back to their previous page after a successful
Single Sign On.
The Workspace Administration site now shows the user's full name, when available, in the top right instead
of the login name.
Fixed a T: drive connection issue, HTML5 permissions error, and incorrect help text on server farms with a
single Domain URL configured.

This minor update patch release includes removal of a UI component that is vulnerable to a security exploit.
This code was unused and does not impact functionality in any way. Update to this patch release is strongly

The May 2020 Turbo Server release introduces a new file browser with drag and drop support to the Turbo
HTML5 client.
This release also introduces support for F5 and other stateless load balancers, allowing greatly increasing
scaleability.
Turbo Server now uses 64-bit Java. The default Java heap size is increased from 1GB to 2GB.
The Workspace service no longer requires a restart requirement when changing user authentication
settings.
Improved the Help text for the Cloud Storage and User Authentication setups to simplify Single Sign On

Updated session eventing API to improve support for load balanced Portal servers.
Added network tunnel routing for public API endpoints required to launch applications from external
