BLATOPHOBIA

Good morning teacher, this opportunity I will talk about my phobia of cockroaches,
also called blatophobia.
Well, following the table of contents presented in this slide, first we need to ask what
is Blatophobia?
Blatophobia (also called Katsaridaphobia) is a phobic disorder; it belongs to the group
of anxiety disorders. As the title says, it is the irrational fear of cockroaches.
When did it start?
My phobia of cockroaches started when I was six or seven years old, it was a day I was
visiting my grandparents house, I was watching television and my grandmother came
to me wanting to show me something she had hidden in her hands, I was very curious
and wanted to know what was hidden in her hands, I asked her what was there, she
said it was something I would like, I instantly thought it would be a candy. But big was
my surprise that when my grandmother opened her hands, from there a big cockroach
flew straight to my face, with my hands I tried to get it away so it wouldn't touch me,
my grandmother and some of my uncles laughed at me, since that day I am afraid of
cockroaches.
Finally, How does it affect my life?
I often feel very nervous or start to panic when I see a cockroach near me, at first I
would scream in terror and tell my older brother to kill them quickly, but now I don't
react the same way, I try to get out of the place where the cockroach is and try to stay
as calm as possible, although sometimes when I see that the cockroach is flying that's
where I panic the most.

accidentally moved from these plantations to the markets. It is one of

discomfort with his dog barking all night and not letting me sleep, I
would tell him to put himself in my position and try to do
something about it so that his pet is no longer barking a lot at
night.

were a dog because as I also have dogs in my house they would
get along well and there would be no problems, but if it were a cat
I would say that I cannot take care of it because in my house I have
several dogs that do not get along with cats and could hurt or
scare your pet.

It's not that I don't eat meat, it's just that I've never tasted horse,
