so beautiful wearing her big pretty hats. Mrs. Ellis was 94 years old in 1991....George was a farmer and sawmill
worker...."George had a kidney removed by Dr. Sellers in the old Anniston Hospital. He was in his 70's. The hospital
sent George home to die. Dr. Sellers heard that George was still living and went out to remove the stitches. He found
George preparing to dynamite for fish in a creek nearby. He worked on the farm and lived a healthy life until he

bucket and another bucket of drinking water to share with his tent mate. I think they brought around soup once a day
but you had to be strong enough to drink it on your own. Grandpa was young and healthy so he survived but I don't
think his tent mate did."
