    a. This log book shall be retained at the specific project workplace at all time.
    b. All observation and recommendation shall be discussed and documented during the Project Site OSH Committee

    c. Regulation 25, F&M BOWEC 1986 requires a part time site safety supervisor to spend at least 15 hours/week
    exclusively on safety supervision and promoting safe conduct of work generally within the site.
