The undersigned counsel writes in behalf of his client, GELITO BILLANTES RAGA,
your resigned security guard detailed at PHCCI, Sogod, Southern Leyte, regarding HIS CLAIM
OF CASH BOND AND FIREARM’S BOND deducted from him while he was connected with
your Security Agency.
This letter is to remind you on the following items:
1. The aforementioned bonds were part of his income. They were deducted from him for
the purpose that in the event that there would be untoward losses caused by him, it
would answer for that losses;
2. My client started as your employee-security guard on December 28, 2011, under the
agency name, REDJVN SECURITY AGENCY. However, my client had resigned on
February 1, 2018 and surrendered to your agency his detailed firearm and was cleared
from your office; From that period of employment, my client had accumulated an
amount of Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P14,400.00) as cash and firearm
bonds;
3. As your conversation with him, the said bonds shall be released one (1) month after
the resignation date. However, more than a month had passed but still he have not
receive the said bonds;
In the light of the foregoing antecedents, we are formally demanding you to give
attention on this legal obligation. Otherwise, we will be constrained to file appropriate charges in
court or in any tribunals against you to protect the interest of my client. Should this case happen,
it is understood you are bound to pay damages and such other expenses which the court may
award not to mention rapture feelings and the risk to loss your license as a security agency.
Please give this matter your due attention and preferential action before its too late.
