Introduction
I am Jamal Al Mohammad, Senior Procurement & Logistic Specialist in one Joint
Stock Company in Saudi Arabia.

As all we know that our case study is MTC. So MTC the company is located in
Collegeville, Pennsylvania. It currently has about 80 hospitals in the region. And I
am trying to find a solution to the 2.3% excise tax that is being placed on the
company's medical device revenue, which equates to roughly 10% of the
company's profits. So I will try to determine a cost savings opportunities to offset
this new ACA tax.
Intended Outcome
I will suggest a solutions in order to help the MTC in overcome the new
tax and affect its profit roughly. So, different solutions will be related to
regarding the sales representatives, the supply chain, distribution
channels, the 3Players, and targets. My intended outcome is to reduce
the cost and offer the 2.3 Tax without any rough impact on the
company.
