This document describes a proposed college enquiry chatbot system that would allow students to get answers to their questions about college-related topics through an online chat interface. The system would have two main modules: 1) an online enquiry module where students can ask questions about facilities, academics, fees, exams, placements, etc. and 2) an online chatbot module that uses artificial intelligence to analyze questions and provide responses by searching a knowledge database. The chatbot would be developed using programming languages and aim to reduce the workload on college staff while providing timely responses to students. The system is meant to simulate a human conversation using tools like natural language processing. A literature review discusses previous work on developing similar AI chatbot systems for educational purposes

Abstract—Nowadays, many people are using smartphone with A literature survey is a comprehensive summary of previous many new applications i.e. technology is growing day by day. research on a topic. The literature review surveys scholarly Today Artificial Intelligence is playing a major role in a variety articles, books, and other sources relevant to a particular of fields ranging from industries in product manufacturing, to customer care in public relations. As there are many online area of research. It should give a theoretical base for the Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems or chat bots which are in research and help you (the author) determine the nature of existence that help people solve their problems. So, we are your research. [14] going to implement a virtual assistant based on AI that can Prof. Ram Manoj Sharma [2] proposed a college enquiry solve any college related query. This will work as a College chatbot system which has been built by using Artificial Oriented Intelligence machine. This virtual machine will Intelligence algorithms.
