For Point-Of-Use applications which require slightly more flow, our “L” versions of the
miniature units accept a 12-57 element (2.25” long versus 1.25” long). This extra
capacity is beneficial for heavily contaminated systems, since efficiency and drainage
speed is maintained within a compact foot print. Our “L” long bowl coalescing filters
provide high efficiency protection in a compact housing by utilizing a longer filter element.

Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) Systems require high efficiency filtration to protect on board
fuel systems from particles and condensed liquid. Our unique polyethylene coalescing
element provides the utmost protection in a compact and robust design. The 01NGV
elements are 100 percent polyethylene providing high efficiency rating of <1 micron for
liquids and particles. Just as importantly, the polyethylene construction allows liquids to
drain quickly, thus allowing a highly efficient coalescing process to continue with a low
pressure drop.

The robust housing is easy to service with a hex base, providing multiple angle wrench
points. A Buna-N O-ring is captured in the bowl, keeping it clear debris, and just as
importantly securely fitted for positive re-sealing after filter element maintenance. Finally,
the housing is anodized for corrosion protection, and the housing details are engraved for
permanent identification. Private labeling is also available.

Our 360A-SAE6-70CS low pressure coalescing assembly is ideal for operating environments up to
500 psig. The all glass microfiber high efficiency filter element removes aerosol contamination as
small as 0.01 micron at 95+% efficiency. This filter media helps protect fuel injectors and engine
components on alternative vehicle fuel systems.

A microfiber element captures dirt particles while collecting and draining condensed water and oil
which than drops into the reservoir below the suspended coalescing element. Evacuating
(draining) the liquid from the filter housing is essential for proper operation.

Our 380AHP series offers high efficiency filtration in a robust package. All 100% machined,
completely anodized, and designed to be easily serviced with a large hex base, one piece bowl, and
captured O-Ring. The basic model’s 1500 PSIG rating makes it ideal for CNG, Fuel Gas, and
Compression Service. We recommend the “70CS” grade element which provides 95%+ removal at
0.01 microns. As importantly, the element’s microfiber structure allows quick drainage which assures
low pressure drops in coalescing service, therefore extending element life.

The standard 380AHP covers the vast majority of applications; however, where more flow is required
the 380AHP-241 with a longer element is available.

Our 241 series of rugged aluminum housings utilize a 9 ½” long element giving the 380AHP-241
housing series a slightly higher flow rate versus the standard 380AHP which has the industry standard
6” long element. In many cases, extended 241mm (9.5”) long element provides the needed surface
area to maintain high efficiency filtration with minimal PSID. The basic model’s 1500 PSIG rating
makes it ideal for CNG, Fuel Gas, and Compression Service. We recommend the “70CS” grade
element which provides 95%+ removal at 0.01 microns. As importantly, the element’s microfiber
structure allows quick drainage which assures low pressure drops in coalescing service, therefore
extending element life.
