LGS System Technical Specifications

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY

Bearing system consists of column, beam, purling, pressure rods, wind connection elements. The profiles which
constitute the construction are developed by fully automated roll forming machines in all required forms, and the
installation and connection cavities are formed fully by computer control. No welding is used during manufacturing and
mounting phases.
Seismic and static calculations of the Project, according to the area of the construction are realized by Sap2000, CFS,
STA4CAD, BRICSCAD, HAYESCAD programs in accordance with the load values defined in the project and in the
standards. Elaboration is performed with the help of programmes such as AutoCAD and Nemetschek-Allplan. Required
controls are conducted with ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance system from project phase to mounting process.

Residual Current relay There is a residual current relay in each building.

NOTE2 : All electrical lines will be collected inside the fuse box located over the door.
Connections from fuse box to the main board will be done by the client.

Connection of naked cable tips which belongs to weak current lines to weak current
switchboard will be done by the client.

NOTE3 : Internal electrical cables will be installed through the ceiling with naked wires
without using cable tray.

Main line connection Employer shall be responsible for drain and potable water main lines and
connections.

NOTE 1: Collection of all water pipes outside of the building and connection to the main line
and ventilation will be done by the client.
