    NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL AS COUNSEL

    Accused, through the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable


    Court, most respectfully states that:

    1. Accused conveyed to the undersigned that she would not be hiring


    anymore the services of the undersigned as she will just settle the case
    with the complainant;

    2. As it is the desire of the accused, then the undersigned cannot


    impose himself to remain as her counsel before this Honorable Court;

    3. Hence, the undersigned is without any recourse but to withdraw as


    counsel in accordance with par. (e) Rule 22.01 Canon 22 of the Code
    of Professional Responsibility.

    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully


    prayed that the withdrawal of the undersigned as counsel for the
    accused be granted and he be relieved of the duties and
    responsibilities thereof.
