Personal Vibration and Visualization are Keys to Success

Your Personal Vibration

Now, according to the laws of physics, each of us is actually made up of energy vibrating
at a certain frequency. In the Law of Attraction, we call our unique frequency our
“personal vibration.”

Every one of us has our own unique personal vibration.

Back in the early 1900s, some forward-thinkers started noticing that people with similar
vibrations are often attracted to each other and instinctively gather together. For example,
people with an abundant vibration often seem almost magnetically attracted to others
who have a similarly abundant vibration.

But how do you change your vibration? Well, the best way we have discovered to change
our personal vibration is by changing our actual thoughts and thought patterns so they
match the thoughts of those who have already achieved what we want to achieve.

So as a really simple example, if I want to become a successful business owner, then I


need to start thinking like a successful business owner. If I want to attract the perfect
partner, I need to start thinking like the people who attract partners just like what I’m
looking for.

Before I go on and tell you how to do that, I need to tell you a little bit more about how
your mind works.

You see, what you think about all the time gets impressed on your subconscious mind.
This is completely outside of your control.

Your subconscious mind acts as the ‘operating rules’ for your brain. You may think
you’re 100% in control of your thoughts at all times, but the truth is, the beliefs of your
subconscious mind actually change what you see in the world, and even how you reason
and figure things out.

For example, if you’re constantly thinking about how you need more money, or that the
economy is bad, or that there’s no opportunity in the world, well, these thoughts get
completely imprinted into your subconscious mind.

Regardless of what is actually out there available to you, if your subconscious believes
that there’s no opportunity, you won’t be able to see it no matter how hard you look, even
if the opportunity is right in front of you. Even worse, because that’s all you’re thinking
about, lack of opportunity is what will be attracted to you.

In order to re-program how your subconscious views the world - so that it matches the
vibration you’re trying to achieve - you must first take control of your thoughts and
thought patterns.

We’ve observed over and over that once you’ve achieved a vibrational match to what
you’re seeking, everything you need to physically make that true will start (almost
magically) falling into place.

I know that this can be really hard to wrap your head around. Logically, it may seem like
this is a backwards way of going about it. But I want you to take the leap with me. Even
if you don’t understand exactly how this works, just understand that it does work if you
follow the principles we’ve been studying for over a century.

In fact, you don’t even need to believe in the Law of Attraction for it to work. So, if you
can’t believe that the results are coming from the Law of Attraction, then you can just
pretend that all this is just a poorly understood facet of human psychology.

In either case, if you continue to follow what I lay out for you, you WILL start seeing
results, and you will likely be surprised at how closely matched your results are to the
vibration you’ve been maintaining.

I know that when I first started using the Law of Attraction, I thought it was almost
spooky how the perfect people and opportunities just started dropping into my life.

And honestly, the worst thing that could happen if you follow what I tell you is you’ll have
spent a little time while trying to improve your thought patterns.

But if you DON’T try this, you will be missing out on one of the most effective methods
available for you to finally achieve your goals and enact real, transformational change in
your life.

Examine your belief system

Your belief system acts as a filter for what you tend to notice in your environment. It
affects how you perceive events, and even what you physically see and hear.

Our current belief system strongly affects what we think and do, which then affects how
other people react to us. You want the feedback loop that you create to be a positive
one, and that begins with creating a positive belief system.

An important aspect of a successful belief system is taking responsibility for your own
feelings and actions. No one can control your thoughts and actions besides you.

This means that you need to abolish thoughts such as, “If only I made more money, I’d be
happier,” or “When I have more time, I’ll start pursuing my goals.” These types of thoughts
are self-defeating because at their core, you are assigning blame instead of taking
personal responsibility for your own goals and happiness.

A note about the destructive force of Blame

I want to take a second to talk to you a little bit about ‘blame.’ You see, blaming people or
things has an extremely destructive effect on your personal vibration.

The harsh, honest truth is that blame will never empower you. Whether you blame
yourself, an event from the past or even another person, you are putting your precious
energy into something that will never pay you back.

Regardless of how true and accurate it is that something bad happened to you, you still
won’t gain anything with blame. Real progress happens when you start turning your focus
from the past to the present and the future. You need to focus on living the life you want
to live NOW, and you will be amazed at how fast all the pieces start falling into place to
give you the future you’ve envisioned for yourself.

Now, let’s talk about the MOST effective way to achieve an abundant vibration: the
process of visualization.

Visualization is a fancy word for imagination

So what IS visualization?

Visualization is one of the most powerful tools you have available to you. Even though
all you need is your mind, this incredible tool will let you take true control of your
subconscious.

Visualization, as far as the Law of Attraction is concerned, is a fancy way of saying


“imagination with a purpose.” To visualize something is to imagine it.

Ok, so you know what visualization is, and you know that it allows you to take control of
your subconscious, but what is the relationship with the Law of Attraction?

You see, in order to radically alter your personal vibration (so that it matches the vibration
you want to achieve) you need to imagine yourself already living the life you want to lead.

You need to feel the life as if it were true right now. This is what will dramatically alter
your vibration and start attracting that life to you.

To visualize effectively, it’s incredibly important that you are emotionally connected to
your goals. Without that emotional connection, you just won’t get the same results.
Emotion is one of the most powerful ways to change your thought patterns. Without
emotion, even if you are visualizing, you will just be going through the motions instead of
altering your personal vibration.

That’s also why I’ve stressed over and over that you need to get a really clear idea of
exactly what you’re looking for. You cannot visualize something vague that doesn’t stir up
emotion. You need to think of something specific that makes you excited.

Ok, but what if you’re buried in debt, or if you don’t have the resources to feel abundant?
How do you achieve an abundant vibration then?

Well, first you need a clear picture of what you do what. If you finished the assignment in
the last module, you should already have figured out what area of your life you would like
to focus on for now, as well as what you would like to achieve in that area of your life.

effectively, which will allow you to change your personal vibration to match the life you’d

Visualization is the biggest tool in your toolset as you pursue the perfect vibration.

And there are lots of little things that you can be doing at all times that nurture an
abundant vibration.

➢➢ Be mindful of your thoughts, words, and actions. Your thoughts, words, and actions
should always represent the abundant mindset that you have. Don’t beat yourself up
when you make a mistake. Instead, focus on what you learned and how you would
handle the situation better next time. Consider what you could possibly be grateful for.
For example, you could view a disappointment as a personal failure, or your thoughts,
words, and actions could reflect that you see the “failure” as a learning tool, which you
can use to get motivated to achieve something better next time.

➢➢ Whenever possible, try to distance yourself from people who are negative or make
you feel like you’re on the defense for wanted to achieve more in life.

➢➢ Try to spend more time with people who are positive, have similar goals, and bring
you up whenever you’re around them.

➢➢ I recommend avoiding the television, radio and media in general (if you can). This is
because each of these information outlets are constantly focused on all the negative
things that are happening in the world. Negative stories get better ratings than positive
ones, which is why 90% of the news you hear is negative, even though these negative
stories only make up a small percentage of what’s really going on in the world. Instead
of focusing on the negative, you need to always be thinking about all the abundance
that is available to you.

➢➢ Meditation… There is a reason people have been meditating for thousands of years.
You see, meditation is a great way to become more mindful of your thoughts and
achieve inner peace and clarity. We’ll talk in more detail about meditation in the next
module.
