Applications are invited from students, who are descendants of 'Muktijoddhas"

tor awaid of scholarship by Govt of lndia in Academic Year 2020'2'1, The scholarship
will be awarded to students in 'Higher Secondary'and Undergraduate' category.

Amount of Sc holarship

a Tk 50,000/- as one time scholarship for the Undergraduate students.

Tk 20,000/- as one time scholarship for Higher Secondary students

Mode of Pay ment of Scholarship Amount. The amount of scholarship will be awarded to
shortlisted candidates using cashless means by'Direct Bank Trans fer' method in accordance
with the best practices established under Govt of lndia's, 'Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan
Yojana'.

Eliqibility

Underqraduate.

(i) Year of Passinq of Hiqher Secondary Examination. The year of passing

oi HSC is to Ue taken into consideration while applying for this scholarship (Year
applying - four years). e.g. for lhe FY 2020'21 scholarship' students applying
toi UGlcneme shoutd have passed HSC in the year between 2017 and 2020.
students who had passed HSC belore 2017 will be ineligible for this scholarship.

(ii) Students presently in UG or applying for admission in the current year'

(iii) Students who have secured GPA 3 and above.

(iv) Students should have obtained admission in a recognized institute for

continued study.

(v) Students should be direct descendants (Child/ Grandchild) of

Muktijoddha.

(vi) students should not have received scholarship earlier in the same
category.

(vii) Only one child from one family can apply in the current year'

Hiqher Sec onda Cateqory ( HSC).

(i) The Year of Passing
