Description
Heat exchanger used in this project to
calculate its fatigue life. Fatigue life is
FATIGUE calculated using ASME section VIII, Division 2,
part 5. Stress amplitude required for fatigue
LIFE life calculation has been obtained using finite
EVALUATION element analysis. Fatigue life for different
subassemblies of heat exchanger is calculated
OF separately and further compared with design
DEWAXING number of cycles.
HEAT Design Inputs
EXCHANGER Transient thermal loads are applied on each
partition compartment. Thermal loads from
first pass through exit of six pass is
calculated by linear interpolation between
thermal loads of first pass and exit of six
pass.

 Offshore Delivery model
 Executed at SHIRSH Offshore Delivery Centre.
 Helps customers when they are unable to invest in additional infrastructure &
resources at their end due to paucity of time and more volume of wok than can be
handled in-house.

 Onsite Delivery Model

 We provide onsite resources to work closely with our customers at their facilities to
assist them in their project work. Our team works in collaboration with or in parallel
DELIVERY to our customer’s project team at their location
 Works best for short-term projects which lack in clarity regarding the deliverables &
MODEL schedules thus necessitating continuous interaction with the customer.

 Onsite/ Offshore (Hybrid) Model with Onsite Coordinators

 This model is beneficial to the customers when the project is long-term in nature
 Customer need not manage a large onsite team while availing vital benefits like
continuous communication with vendor, faster turn-around times, and cost benefits of
offshore delivery model.
